Because we are based at the School, we are pretty easy to find, either at morning drop off or when school finishes. In fact Natasha will be found most days in our kitchen preparing that day’s tea from about 2pm. We’d always prefer to deal face to face and have proper conversations with parents and start to develop meaningful relationships - we take our responsibilities seriously and want to do the very best for your children. Our established relationships with parents mean that a one line e-mail is sometimes all that’s needed to amend or update a booking. We are here for you, so when you realise over breakfast that you’ve had a meeting put in your diary for later that day and you cant get Nick from Hockey club, we’re just a phone call or e-mail away from helping out! As one parent recently pointed out, they may not be ‘in the market’ to avail themselves of our services full-time, but if we were able to accommodate ad-hoc requests - that would really help them. This was another example of one of the parents working from home, but sometimes, when the pressure is on to deliver a work project, knowing the service could be flexible enough to offer help would be really useful.
