Useful Info

Registration & Booking

We have a detailed and rigorous process that’s been designed and approved by the KCC local authority and Ofsted to assist us in providing the most stringent of care for the children under our charge.  We can then start planning in detail and get back to you on individual dietary requirements, allergies, medication, safeguarding measures and your instructions on collection times and family members.

Use the following button to download the Registration Forms we require you to complete prior to us being able to accept any child to join us.

Costs & Payments

Cost per session are as follows:
Breakfast Club is a fixed cost of £6.50 per session including an extensive breakfast.
After School is £6.00 for permanent place/ £6.50 for temporary booking per hour or per half an hour part thereof, £2.00 per snack, payable termly in advance, or at the end of the term if you’ve opted to use us on an ad-hoc, ‘when you need us’ basis.  We’d like to automate payments as much as possible, so we prefer to receive bank transfers, for those of us that use telephone or on-line banking, we think this is easiest.

We are registered to accept Employer Supported Childcare (ESC) vouchers from the many schemes available such as Co-op, Care4, EdenRed, Fideliti, etc – simply tell us who your voucher scheme provider is and we will register with them.

We accept payments from the Government’s tax-free voucher scheme. Tax-Free Childcare is a government scheme which helps parents with childcare costs. For every £8 a parent pays into their childcare account, the government will pay in £2, up to a maximum of £2,000 per child per year (or £4,000 for disabled children). Parents can then use that money to make childcare payments direct to their childcare provider’s bank account.
